Migration Glitch and Commenting Thing
To all of my readers,
As you can see, BFS is now a proud WordPress site! There may be a few small bugs to work out, but the only one I know of right now is a biggie. Due to a recent Blogger bug, only 50 comments made it through the migration.
I am cutting and pasting as many comments as I can find from my Blogger emails, but it could take a while and I do not have all of your site URL’s.* If you happen to see that one of your comments are not linked to your site, feel free to leave another quick comment with your web address. I understand the need for link love and am doing the absolute best I can to make you all feel appreciated!
There is also one commenting change in WordPress that shouldn’t effect too much…a comment now requires at least 15 characters. This is to limit spammers. If you attempt to post less than 15 characters, a rude error message pops up telling you to post something of value or something like that. I’ve tried downloading a Plug-In to fix this, but it didn’t work. I also tried finding the place to at least change the wording of the error message, but I had no luck. I have rarely seen comments less than 15 characters in my past posts, so hopefully this won’t matter anyway. Just wanted to give you all a heads up.

*UPDATE: I have successfully cut and paste what I could find from now back to late April (and it only took 8 1/2 hours…sheesh, stupid Blogger). I’ll try to finish the rest this week. If I didn’t have your comment or missed it, I apologize. I only had what I was emailed by Blogger and I am sure I have accidentally deleted a few of those emails in the past 4 months. Feel free to re-add any comments I may have missed.
