Welcome to the September 2011 BFS Newsletter Giveaway!!!
Thank you for subscribing. I hope you like the newsletter itself! If so, please help me reach my 150 subscriber goal by the end of the month by telling people all about it.
This month’s giveaway prize is a $25 Amazon Gift Card! All you need to do is leave a single comment below by September 30th, 2011 to enter to win!
It’s not required, but I’d appreciate it if you would leave a question for me as your single comment. The “Ask Crystal” section is way more fun if someone is asking me something. But if you’re plum out of ideas, feel free to say anything at all.
I truly appreciate all of you!
The official stuff:
1) Contest ends September 30th, 2011 at 11:59pm Central time.
2) ONLY ONE COMMENT/ENTRY PER PERSON.
3) The winner will be selected randomly and notified by email by October 3rd, 2011.
4) The prize will be held for 2 calendar days. If it isn’t claimed, a new winner will be randomly picked and contacted.
5) I reserve the right to reject comments that I consider spam or invalid entries.
6) An invalid or incorrect email address automatically disqualifies you from the drawing…it’s hard to contact a fake email…
7) Local laws, rules, and regulations apply.

Congrats on the newsletter! Btw, I just got newsletter #3. Is there a way to get 1 and 2? That way new subscribers don’t feel left out
Congrats on the plutus award nominations. Can’t wait to see you IRL!
I enjoy your posts. Congratulations on your Plutus nomination! Hope you win!
Congratulations on a great newsletter. How do you like using Mail Chimp as your newsletter platform?
Thank you for all of your posts, they are wonderful to read and apply to life!
Thanks. This is a great giveaway.
Congrats on the newsletter. For “Ask Crystal” I wanna know if you or Mr. BFS watch college football and who you root for?
Thanks for the giveaway! Besides your impressive amount of work on BFS, what do you think has made it so successful and sets it apart from the many other PF blogs?
You must be a glutton for punishment! But congrats anyway, and I am sure your new blog will also be a success! (I appreciate the giveaway too!)
Wow you have been busy! Great newsletter.
Good luck for everything, from your new blog site to winning an award.
Would you ever consider blogging about anything controversial? Like, is the economy in the dumps due to consumers not spending enough or because companies and banks are not hiring or lending enough? What does the economy ‘s health have to do with your budget?
Or comment on even more inflammatory stuff.
Like, if you really support a football team, should you buy tickets and go to the game?
If you go to a tail-gate party held in a hotel parking lot next to the stadium, does it still count as going to a tail gate party? Is there any costs benefits to having a tail gate party at the hotel vs. the stadium parking lot? Seems a lot of our friends are going to the ones at the hotel, so I was just wondering.
Right now we decided it is cheaper to go to our baseball games, as they are almost giving away the tickets, than a football game. Funny thing is, the football team hasn’t ever done as well as our baseball and basketball teams in the past, yet their tickets are many times as expensive. So I guess a lot of folk think going to football games are pretty important.
Any way, there’s some questions.
Hi there, thanks for the blog! For my question, what are your favorite books, financial books, or fiction books?
Good work on your blogs and your newsletter! Where do you find the time to do all this? Question: Which of these do you spend the most time on?:
1) SEO and promotions or
2) Networking or
3) Quality content
I like your newsletter and learn a lot from your posts — wherever I may read them.
This is awesome! Thanks for the chance to win!
Here via newsletter #5! Hm, a question…I was trying to think of something cute and fun, but I’m drawing a blank.
You’ve put a lot of yourself into blogging and making yourself a very successful blogger – going full-time after so short a time is really impressive. You seem like the kind of person who never wants to stop learning and growing – so what’s the next blogging mountain to be conquered? What can we look forward to from here?
(Now, as soon as I post this, I’ll think of the perfect question! LOL)
Thanks for your inspiration, Crystal. I really love reading your blog. It is like talking to an old friend, even though I think you are in your lower 20′s and I am in my lower 40′s, I feel like we speak the same language. I love how you are so honest and forthright, not contrived at all. Thanks for sharing your knowledge of “what works” and encouraging others to start blogs as well. I love that you aren’t stingy with what you have learned as you seem to realize that other’s success won’t take away from yours at all, it will just add to it. Thanks for all you do. I really do enjoy reading what you write.
Hey Crystal, great job on the newsletter! I need to start using mine for more than just another way to distribute my posts.
My question is…what has been your biggest challenge since quitting your job to blog full-time?
Great newsletter. You have inspired me to do mine (and use MailChimp)
Nice newsletter.
Great newsletter and love your blog!
