 Here’s my favorite posts for this week:

• Frugal Confessions – One of the Luxuries Money Can Buy: Sanity  Money is a tool and it’s nice to see Amanda staying sane in the wake of wedding planning.
• Frugal Dad – Parents Should Teach Kids Finances, Not Just Schools  The title says it all…
• Money Crush – What I Learned From a No Good, Very Bad Week  She has had a very stressful week and realized that we all spend the majority of our time on unimportant stuff.*
• Live Real, Now – It’s My Fault So Stop Me Now  I love his personal stories of finance…
• Darwin’s Finance - My Effective Tax Rate is Under 5% – That’s Just Wrong  I don’t agree about the wrongness, but this article did get me to figure out how much we were actually taxed.  This doesn’t take into account Social Security, Medicare, sales taxes, or property taxes though…
• Fiscal Geek – Real Men Pay With Cash  Okay, I don’t agree with this one either, but it was funny.
• Monevator – Early Retirement: The Extreme Method  This is a guest post that seemed refreshing to my cubicle-ridden self.
• No Debt Plan – Beware of Rewards Checking Accounts Teaser Rates  Introductory offers usually annoy me since they are so short-term.
• Studenomics – Financial Literacy Month: Personal Finance Basics Re-Introduced  What can I say, I’m a stickler for basic reminders.
• Sweating the Big Stuff – Learning My Lesson:  Automate Your Finances!  I’m a huge fan of automating the details of our fiscal lives.
